Good written coverage of the material but supplemental material lacks

The book itself is reasonably well written with illustrations that support the text. However, the nature of the material lends itself more to hands on or at least visually support ed teaching aids. The include CD with book isn't up to par. Actually it's well below par. There are no visual aids, i.e. movies, to help you visualize application of the material. There is a website which you can access which has some additional materials, such as flash cards, however video's appear to be missing. My three contacts with technical support for the website/book (pearson educational) have been complete failures. The person responding on the other end can not figure out how to correct accessing what is listed as 'additional chapter content' on the site. I've been told the problem will be moved up to the next level of support and a day or two later receive an email asking me if my problem was resolved satisfactorily. Huh ? So the book by itself would rate 4 stars but add the CD-ROM and Website into the equation, it's worth two stars ... and that may be generous.
